The Orientation to Entrepreneurship workshop is a great starting point for anyone looking to start a business in Ottawa.

By attending, you’ll gain an understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape and what it takes to succeed. Participants will leave with a better understanding of their next steps and how to access available resources, including eligibility for the ONE Hub program.

The orientation includes a self-assessment to identify individual strengths and weaknesses as an entrepreneur. It covers topics ranging from generating business ideas to developing a business plan and accessing financing resources. This orientation is an excellent starting point for individuals considering starting a small business and is a great introduction to topics covered by our ONE Hub program!
